About Paola
I’m very excited to share my story with you.
I am originally from Colombia (hence my latin looks) and was adopted to Sweden when I was 2 (hence the very Swedish surname).
I decided after Swedish high school I wanted to learn English so I went to St Andrew’s University in Scotland, UK and after 4 years and with a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Finance under my belt, I decided to go into banking in the capital of everything finance, London.
I started my career at Morgan Stanley and have worked at Merrill Lynch, BlackRock, JP Morgan and London & Capital which was by far my favourite job as I got to work directly with the CEO and my mentor Richard who gave me invaluable advice and believed in me for years. Thanks to him I am now the CEO of my own business!
After 11 years in London and banking I decided it was time… I had the confidence, contacts and capital…finally! I was ready to start my own. I wanted to do something where I could make a real impact and help others achieve their goals. As I had always sold to Financial Advisers when I was in London, they became my niche naturally, I did after all know that target audience inside out! But instead of providing products I wanted to offer a service and that is how I became a lead generator to IFA’s because at least a 1,000 of them told me during my London days that they struggled to generate highly targeted leads. And I thought, I need to change that! Business took off and I have never looked back!

My vision is to help even more financial advisers grow their practice with predictability and manage that growth in an efficient and effective manner.

In addition to being a passionate mumtrepreneur, I adore dogs, enjoy yoga, am an avid reader – aiming for 50 books per year, love travelling & eating out + often dance in front of the mirror! 💃🏻
